The Stellar M22 combines multiple laser and IPL (intense pulsed light) technologies in one platform, allowing your provider to select specific wavelengths tailored to your exact concern.
For pigmentation and sun damage, targeted light is absorbed by melanin (the pigment in dark spots), heating and breaking it into smaller fragments that rise to the skin's surface and flake away.
For redness and visible blood vessels, a different wavelength is absorbed by hemoglobin in the blood, causing the vessel to collapse and fade from view.
Because the device offers this range of targeting options, treatment can be customized within a single session to address several concerns at once — something more limited, single-wavelength lasers can't do.
